Because most Print Pier orders are made to specification, we do not offer returns for change-of-mind requests once production begins.

When we will reprint

If there is a verified production issue on our side, such as the wrong specification, a major print defect, or a dispatch error, we will review the order and offer a reprint where appropriate.

Artwork responsibility

Customers remain responsible for spelling, layout, and file quality in submitted artwork. We may flag obvious issues, but we cannot guarantee correction unless design support is requested.

How to report an issue

Contact support as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue so the team can review, confirm whether a reprint is appropriate, and assess any refund request where necessary.
