2. Ordering & Payment
Orders must be paid for in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change without notice.
3. Artwork & Design
You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded artwork meets the required specifications. We are not responsible for spelling errors or low-resolution assets supplied by the customer.
If you use our design service, the package includes up to three revision rounds unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen events outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Unpaid pending orders may be cancelled directly from your account before payment succeeds. Once payment has been completed, cancellations and any refund decisions are handled by our team. Due to the custom nature of printed products, change-of-mind refunds are not automatic, while verified production errors on our side may qualify for a reprint or refund review.
